HOW ZACH GOT INTO SPECIALTY COFFEE:
Zach got his start in coffee when he apprenticed with a specialty roaster in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It took about 5 minutes before he realized he would never leave the coffee world. From Dhaka, he traveled to China and began working for China’s oldest specialty coffee roaster.
