Olam Indonesia carefully curates coffees from small holders on Sulawesi to make an impressive, consistent Grade 1 blend. This specific lot is from the Dante Borong valley in Sulawesi, where sustainable practices are very much a part of daily life. For example, it is traditional in this village that people who wish to marry are required to first plant a tree. Similarly, when people need to cut down a tree for their homes they must first get permission form their community.
