Papua New Guinea PSC A/X - Tumbuna *TOP LOT*

This fully washed, sun dried coffee comes from Papua New Guinea's Eastern Highlands, south east of the town Goroka at Oliguti village in the Lufa district.
Grown at altitudes of 1600-1950 masl, this coffee is of the Arusha, Bourbon, and Typica varietals.
This coffee was produced with special care for preserving quality through Green House drying of parchment - in order to preserve the special traditional natural cup. Heavy focus is placed on improving the dry process to get the best quality from Okapa and Lufa coffee with strict process control until Green Bean output- to deliver quality coffee containing the sweet notes, with aroma and brilliant cup.
