Nicaragua SHG - Seleccion Nueva Segovia

This coffee comes from Nueva Segovia, which borders Honduras, known as a region where the best quality coffees come from.

This is a washed, SHB grade coffee with a regional cup profile of sweet aromas, fine acidity like citric fruits and flower infusions, creamy body, chocolaty notes,and a long aftertaste.

Most of the growers in the region are small sized farmers with 3 – 15 manzanas of planted coffee (2 – 10 Ha).
