This is an organic, SHG EP grade coffee from Cafeticultores cooperative in Oaxaca, Mexico.
Cafeticultores Cooperative was founded on the basis of specializing in the sale of green coffee in the national and international markets, with a focus in specialty and Fair Trade coffees. Currently, Cafeticultores has presence in 5 regions of Mexico, including Cañada, Mixteca, Papaloapan, Sierra Sur and Sierra Norte. The coop consists of 2000 producers, scattered in 16 municipalities of various regions.
Varieties produced include Typica, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Caturra, Geisha and Sarchimor.
