Your coffee will be ready and available for pickup at the warehouse once your receive a delivery order (DO.).

 If you do not have a DO, your coffee will not be available and ready for pickup. If you did not receive a DO, please email CustomerService-OSC@olamnet.com. Sometimes emails get sent to your email clients spam/junk folder.

Typically, your coffee will be available for pickup 1-2 days after placing an order. On your pickup date your coffee will be available during the Will Call window only, as the warehouse requires the morning to locate and prepare your coffee. The Will Call window for Continental NJ is 3pm-5pm, Annex CA is 1pm-3pm.  After the Will Call window on your initial pickup date, you will be able to pick up anytime during the warehouse's operating hours.
