This is an SHG EP grade coffee from Western Honduras. This microlot separation from producer Rafael Lara was dry milled at Beneficio San Vicente. This 100% Yellow Catuai variety coffee was grown at altitudes of 1550masl in San Jose de Los Andes, Santa Barbara and is a washed processed product, dried on raised beds.
