This is an SHG EP grade coffee from the Santa Barbara district of Western Honduras. This microlot separation from producer Dionisio Hernandez was dry milled at Beneficio San Vicente. "Don Nicho” is doing specialty coffee for the second time this year. His farm is in one of the newest locations for specialty coffee in the Santa Barbara mountain range, Las Peñitas. The location is very remote and immensely difficult to get to, but the potential to produce great coffee makes it worth the trek.
