This is an SHG EP grade coffee from the Los Andes region of Western Honduras and is 100% Catuai. This microlot separation from producer Daysi Muñoz was dry milled at Beneficio San Vicente. This lot is the result of the first specialty harvest from Daysi Muñoz. Together with husband and sons, she processes and prepares the coffee, drying her lots on raised beds. Her farm is the highest in the Los Andes area at 1800-1880masl.
