Honduras SHG EP - San Vicente - Belarmino Contreras Microlot *TOP LOT*

This is an SHG EP grade coffee from the Santa Barbara district of Western Honduras. This microlot separation from producer Belarmino Contreras was dry milled at Beneficio San Vicente. “Nino” as we know him, got exited about his Parainema farm after witnessing his neighbor Eulogio win the COE with this variety in 2015. He planted that coffee with the idea of producing something great. Belarmino and his family have been producing coffee - commercial and specialty - for decades. He placed in the top 20 in the COE this year and is climbing toward the goals he set only a few years ago.
