This is an SHG EP grade coffee from the 15 hectare estate of producer Marta Licida Vasquez located in the San Sebastian district of the Lempira region in Honduras. With harvests generally taking place from January to April, growing altitude at the estate is around 1800 masl and crop is comprised of Caturra and Catuai varieties. Coffee undergoes a 12 hr wet fermentation before patio drying.
