This is an SHG EP grade coffee from the 7 hectare estate - El Mango - of producer Marco Tulio Ramirez located in the San Sebastian district of the Lempira region in Honduras. With harvests generally taking place from January to April, growing altitude at the estate is around 1600 masl and crop is comprised of Lempira, Ihcafe 90, Oaca and Catuai varieties. Coffee undergoes a 12-14 hr wet fermentation before patio drying.
