This is an SHG EP grade coffee from the 2 hectare estate of producer Juan Urritia located in the Erandique district of the Lempira region in Honduras. With harvests generally taking place from December to March, growing altitude at the estate is 1539 masl and crop is comprised of entirely Catuai variety. Coffee undergoes an 18 hour wet fermentation before drying on both patios and raised beds.
