This is an SHG EP grade coffee from the 12 hectare estate of producer Abelardo Reyes located in the San Juan district of the Intibuca region in Honduras. With harvests generally taking place from December to March, growing altitude at the estate is around 1400 masl and crop is comprised of entirely Catuai variety. Coffee undergoes an 18 hr wet fermentation before drying on raised beds.
