Guatemala PrimaVera Swiss Water® Decaf

This is a Swiss Water decaffeinated SHB EP grade coffee from Guatemala.

Primavera strives for perfection in all stages of production, from the growing of coffee trees, to the harvesting and processing of the beans. To ensure the coffees are of the highest quality, Primavera has agronomists who work with producers in the field and provide them with technical assistance and guidance cultivation, harvest and processing. They approach coffee growing with long-term sustainability in mind and provide information and workshops on sustainable farming practices, more efficient water use, waste water processing, and organic compost production with coffee pulp & worms.

Primavera's long-term goal is for all coffee from Guatemala to be considered specialty and for it to have a premium over the C-market, and eventually to be completely independent of market movements.
