Guatemala Atitlan SHB EP - Small holder blend (2015)

This SHB EP coffee was cultivated near Lake Atitlan in Guatemala's highlands. The lake is shaped by deep escarpments which surround it and by three volcanoes on its southern flank. The lake basin is volcanic in origin, filling an enormous caldera formed in an eruption 84,000 years ago. It is renowned as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. This lot was cultivated between 1500-1700 masl and is a blend from small holder farmers in the area. It is comprised of Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, and Catuai varieties.
