Guatemala Atitlan SHB - Don Santiago *TOP LOT*

This SHB EP coffee was cultivated near Lake Atitlan in Guatemala's highlands. The lake is shaped by deep escarpments which surround it and by three volcanoes on its southern flank. The lake basin is volcanic in origin, filling an enormous caldera formed in an eruption 84,000 years ago. It is renowned as one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Don Santiago is a mark used by Juan Francisco who owns a wet mill and buys coffee from farmers around the Lake Atitlan area.
