This SHB EP quality coffee was cultivated on the El Socorro Estate near San Miguel Dueñas, in the Sacatepequez zone of the Antigua region of Guatemala. Finca El Socorro has a very efficient wet milling system. The water is recycled and the pulp is transformed into fertilizer to nourish the soil for future harvests. El Socorro is 25 hectares, is synonymous with quality and has been recognized among the best producers in Guatemala. Only ripe, red cherries are hand picked, washed, and sun dried.
