This is a Grade 2 washed coffee from Mordocofe which is located in the the Guji Zone in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. Mordocofe is made up of two farms owned by producer Haile Tinsaye, who has been working in coffee for over 50 years. Farms are located on site or near the washing station which has 3 pulping machines and 800 raised beds for drying. Coffees undergo 48 hours of primary wet fermentation followed by a second fermentation of 10-12 hours. Coffees are then dried on raised beds for 10-14 days. Growing altitude at Mordocofe ranges from 1850-2000 masl.
