About This Coffee
This SHG EP quality peaberry is both Organic and Rainforest Alliance certified. It comes from Finca San Jose Las Flores near the village of El Congo, in the Santa Ana district of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region. Finca San Jose Las Flores is a private estate, one of a group of farms own by Lima Family. All the coffee is wet processed at Balcanes Mill and dry milled in cooperation with Cooperativa La Cuzcachapa. The estate was founded in 1958 and currently cultivates 35 hectares of coffee.
