This is an SHG EP grade natural processed coffee from Finca Lemus in the Ahuachapan deparment of western El Salvador. Finca Lemus is owned and operated by Thelma de Gutierrez, a third generation coffee producer who purchased the farm in 2011. Altitude at Finca Lemus is around 1200 masl and varieties grown include Bourbon, Catuai, and Sarchimor. Coffees are dried on patios and raised beds.
