This Costa Rican coffee is exclusively sourced from the Tarrazu region. It is a strictly hard bean quality and European processed. The coffee came from small holder farmers all located between 1300 and 1800 masl. The farms have between 10 to 25% shade and include either Caturra or Catuai varieties.
