This is an SHB EP, honey processed microlot cultivated by Lainequel Zamora on his farm in the village of La Escuadra in Brunca, Costa Rica and processed at the Altos del Silencio Micromill - a mill founded by they family organization in 2013 to better ensure proper processing and detailed separation. This lot is 100% Venecia and was shade grown at 1300 masl just next to the La Amistad International Park
