Colombia Huila Excelso - Azahar 'Palermo Municipality'

This is an Excelso grade blend of coffees from Palermo Municipality in northern Huila, Colombia. It is grown by a group of 15 farmers across the Pitalito, Acevedo, and Palestina districts at elevations between 1700-1850 masl. The varieties found in this particular blend are castillo, caturra, tabi, and colombia. This coffee was sourced in partnership with Azahar Coffee Company. Azahar works with Colombia’s best coffees and coffee farmers. They establish enduring relationships and pay higher, stable prices regardless of the market because good coffee farming should be profitable.
