This is an EP grade coffee from the Huila department in Colombia. This microlot was produced by Jose Antonio Diaz at his farm El Naranjal in the town of Rivera. This coffee was washed, fermented for 19 hours, and patio dried for 10 days. There are only TWO bags available from this particular lot!
