This is an Excelso grade, blend coffee from various municipalities in the Santander region of Colombia. Grown at 1400-1650 masl, this is a washed coffee, fermented for 12-16 hours, and patio dried for 3-6 days.

This coffee was sourced in partnership with Azahar Coffee Company. Azahar works with Colombia’s best coffees and coffee farmers. They establish enduring relationships and pay higher, stable prices regardless of the market because good coffee farming should be profitable.
