This is a Colombian coffee from the Acevedo municipality of Huila, in the south west of Colombia between the eastern and western peaks of the Andes mountain range.
Made up of 20% Caturra, 20% Colombia, and 60% Castillo varietals, this coffee was grown at 1400 - 1700 masl. This coffee was fermented for 36 hours using the traditional washed method, and natural sun dried for 16 days.
