This is a decaf Colombian coffee from Cooperativa de Caficultores del Quindío. This lot was grown at 1500-2000 masl, and is made of the Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra varietals. This coffee was decaffeinated by the Ethyl Acetate method.

THE PROCESS
Coffee is then thoroughly washed before being patio dried for 12-24 hours, and mechanical dried for 10-20 days.
