Colombia Narino Excelso - Azahar 'Consaca Blend'

This is an Excelso grade blend of coffees from Consaca, a cooperative in Narino, Colombia. The varieties found in this particular blend are Castillo and Colombia grown at 1850-2020masl, fermented for 14-16 hours and dried for 10-12 days on parabolic beds. This coffee was sourced in partnership with Azahar Coffee Company. Azahar works with Colombia’s best coffees and coffee farmers. They establish enduring relationships and pay higher, stable prices regardless of the market because good coffee farming should be profitable.
