HOW CLARA GOT INTO SPECIALTY COFFEE:
This is my first experience working in the coffee industry, however, prior to this role, I was working in the wine industry. I decided to enter this industry because I enjoyed my time working in wine, and figured coffee is not so different. The added benefit is that it's non-alcoholic, while still being delicious.
