For this reason, we've developed a signature Eagle Espresso blend that is specifically targeted for espresso. With consistent cocoa, sweet, and toffee notes, we're excited to offer this unique blend of coffees hailing from various suppliers in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. Growing altitude for this blend ranges from 700 - 1,350 masl.
GREAT FOR COLD BREW
This coffee is definitely the most neutral ‘base’ of the cold brew preps. We recommend experimenting with the below blend proportions:
70 Eagle Espresso / 30 Colombia Dulima for a cold brew with a nice mellow milk chocolate and browning sugar sweetness, plus a touch of dynamic citrus zest and red fruit flavor in the background.
50 Eagle Espresso / 50 Cameroon Oku Valley for a cold brew with notes of baker's chocolate, candied nuts and molasses with hints of dried dark fruit and a slight floral finish.
