HOW TAYLOR GOT INTO SPECIALTY COFFEE:
Taylor got her start in coffee as a teenager when she took a job at a large national coffee chain… She fell in love with cafe life and the work involved with serving coffee and exceeding customer expectations. From there she found herself working for a specialty Third Wave coffee shop/roaster, where she learned the intricacies of espresso preparation and began to further her knowledge of green coffee characteristics. She realized it wasn't just the energy that surrounded coffee or the flavors in her cup that she was drawn to, but coffee itself.
