HOW RUSS GOT INTO SPECIALTY COFFEE:
After graduating with a Philosophy and Literature degree Russ quickly tired of waiting tables and began working as a cook and barista at Big Bear Café in Washington, DC. From there he moved to Richmond, VA and worked as Head Roaster for Lamplighter Roasting Company before making the move up to Providence.
WHY RUSS WORKS IN SPECIALTY COFFEE:
